VCC YourVet – Assigning Roles.

Vets
Simply recommending the ‘Health info’ feature on our app provides a bucket load of customer service to your consults that clients really appreciate! Cast your eye over the information available in the ‘health info’ feature over a lunch break one day. You can then advise the client to download the app to access a written summary of what has been discussed in consult at home. Make sure you have some download instruction cards handy in the consult room. Easy winners: New puppy and kitten owners love this feature! There’s loads of info on how to look after their new pet at their fingertips. We recommend vets also recommend the ‘Reminders’ feature to help clients administer medications and ‘Notes’ feature if they are asking clients to record information such as water consumption. Again, recommending it shows you are going the extra mile, trying to help clients achieve what you have asked them to do at home.

Reception
Monitoring appointment and prescription requests. Clients regularly forget to make these orders during times when your phone lines are open, due to being busy at work. ‘Appointment’ and ‘Prescription’ features allow owners to quickly and conveniently make the requests from the comfort of their sofa as soon as they remember in the evening. It’s great customer service to offer them and will also help free up your phone lines. When a request arrives on the portal, it can be made ready for collection as usual. Then you simply reply using the ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ button on the portal with or without a short accompanying comment. This will send a notification to the clients phone. See how easy it is by downloading the app and sending some trial requests yourself.
